THE DETAILS

Your little world.
Your information.

Pre-launch technical privacy summary. A legal operator and contact address must be added before commercial launch.

Local desktop data

Layouts, notes, tasks, and settings are saved in your operating system’s application data directory. They are not encrypted by Widgets. Anyone with access to your user account or backups may be able to read them. The license key is encrypted using the OS keychain when available.

External services

Weather requests send your manually entered coordinates and network address to Open-Meteo. License activation and validation send your license key and a random activation name to the configured license provider, planned to be Lemon Squeezy. An enabled update feed receives normal network requests. Each provider has its own privacy terms.

Website and feedback

The site includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting providers still receive ordinary request logs. The preview stores its layout in browser local storage; clear site data to remove it. If configured, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on the support page for abuse prevention.

Submitted feedback is sent to a private GitHub issue and an external AI provider for automated development. Do not submit passwords, financial data, private documents, or other sensitive information. An optional email address is stored separately in the support database and is not included in the AI issue text.

Before launch

The production operator must publish a privacy contact, retention schedule, deletion process, legal basis, and relevant provider disclosures before feedback collection or sales are enabled. This summary is not a substitute for those legal disclosures.
